a very romantic escape
spacious room beautiful design extra comfort warm staff
our room was spacious and designed beautifully. it felt very personal for us. we enjoyed the robes and slippers that added extra comfort. i also loved the two tokens we received for special cocktails. the staff was warm and genuinely cute.
there wasn't much hanging space for our clothes, but we made do.

Blissful Hideaway
facial treatment special experience
The Ishga facial beauty treatment were most wonderful. A massage for my neck, head, shoulders, and arm did occur. Chrystal, the beauty therapist, were amazing. She, I think.
The check in process felt very difficult. I felt they did not properly resolve my television issue. I told them of my needs, but they did not come.

The hotel were in the city center. It's position makes it perfect to wander around the area. Major sights are nearby and very convenient.

helpful staff junior suite
The staff was helpful and cute, especially ruby at reception who upgraded us to a junior suite. I had a very spacious room. i also enjoyed the breakfast. It was perfect, offering everything one could want. i especially appreciated the friendly staff. It seemed like they made the hotel great.
