our room was spacious and designed beautifully. it felt very personal for us. we enjoyed the robes and slippers that added extra comfort. i also loved the two tokens we received for special cocktails. the staff was warm and genuinely cute.

there wasn't much hanging space for our clothes, but we made do.

The Ishga facial beauty treatment were most wonderful. A massage for my neck, head, shoulders, and arm did occur. Chrystal, the beauty therapist, were amazing. She, I think.

The check in process felt very difficult. I felt they did not properly resolve my television issue. I told them of my needs, but they did not come.
